Chlidren Antidiarrheal Powder Teeatment Of Infantile Diarrheal Experiment And Clinical Research By Compressing Umbilical

Objective:This study aimed to confirm that treatment of children with diarrhea in children antidiarrheal powder efficacy and safety,further study of diarrhea, inflammation of the digestive tract contents and the speed of advance and improve clinical efficacy,and clinical treatment diarrhea in children to provide safe, convenient,fast and easy for the children and parents to accept foreign rule of law. Methods:The rats fed rhubarb preparations made diarrhea model,the animal model experiments including anti-diarrhea,diarrhea index to make index to observe the children antidiarrheal antidiarrheal effect; on the peritoneal capillary permeability in mice to observe the children antidiarrheal anti-inflammatory effect;on promote the rate of intestinal contents in rats to observe the children antidiarrheal intestinal contents on the speed of advance, further understanding of the mechanism of pediatric antidiarrheal.The clinical diagnosis of 128 cases of infantile diarrhea in children were divided into random treatment group and control group,the control group was treated with vita,montmorillonite powder; treatment group children antidiarrheal Umbilical Compress,compare two groups of children with diarrhea 3 days after treatment changes,and the total effective control. Results:(1) Pharmacological Research: diarrhea in children caused by diarrhea and rhubarb powder on rats,the diarrhea was lower than the model group,a significant anti-diarrhea caused by the role of Rhubarb (P<0.01),especially high-dose (3mg/only) to excellent (P< 0.01),shows a certain dose-effect relationship;on acetic acid induced inflammation in peritoneal capillary permeability test showed that children with antidiarrheal has obvious anti-inflammatory effect (P<0.01);of the large rat gastrointestinal tract contents forward velocity experiments show that the bulk of children diarrhea digestive tract contents of the advance has slowed role. (2)Clinical observation:the treatment group,89.1% total efficiency, the efficiency of the control group was 75.0%(P<0.05),the efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher (P< 0.01), both significantly difference. Conclusion:Children with significant antidiarrheal antidiarrheal,anti-inflammatory and alleviate digestive tract contents promote the role of speed for the clinical treatment of children with diarrhea to provide pharmacological basis;treatment of children with diarrhea a significant effect,no significant side effects, good compliance and drug convenience.
