Clinical Effect Of Xiao'er Zhixie Paste In The Treatment Of Diarrhea Due To Food Stagnation

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and incidence of ad verse reactions of pediatric antidiarrhoea paste in the treatment of children with food stagnation and diarrhea,so as to provide a more safe and practical treatment method for children with di arrhea.Methods:Sixty children with food stagnation and diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in control group a nd 30 cases in treatment group.The control group was treated with oral montmorillonite powder combined with Dingguier umbi lical paste,and the treatment group was treated with oral mont morillonite powder combined with infantile antidiarrhea paste,3 days as a course of treatment,and 1 course of observation.Th e main symptoms(fecal frequency and fecal characteristics),sec ondary symptoms(abdominal pain,vomiting,appetite,spirit,co mplexion,thirst,urination,anus)and antidiarrhoea time were ta ken as the main observation indexes,and the scores of primary symptoms,secondary symptoms,total syndrome scores and antidi arrhoea time before and after treatment were recorded.The resu Its were statistically analyzed to evaluate the efficacy.Results:1.There was a statistically significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05)indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.Compared with the two groups before and after treatment,the s cores of primary symptom,sec ondary symptom and total syndrom e of the two groups decreased,with statistical significance(P<0.05),indicating that both groups could improve the clinical sympto ms of children with injuritic diarrhea.3.After treatment,the scores of primary symptom,secondary sympt om and total syndrome in the treatment group decreased more si gnificantly than those in the control group,and the difference w as statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment g roup was better than the control group in improving clinical sy mptoms.4.Comparison of the relief time of stool between the two groups after treatment showed that the relief time of stool in the trea tment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in alleviatin g diarrhea.Conclusion:The combination of montmorillonite powder and inf antile antidiarrhea paste in the treatment of infantile food stagn ation and diarrhea can improve the clinical efficacy,shorten the course of disease,no obvious adverse reactions were found in the process,and the safety is good,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
