Abstract:objective:To study the Characteristics of infrared thermography about Traditional Chinese Medicine integrated intervention in Sub-health state of the neck fatigue by meanings of self-created "Phoenix" setting-up exercises, Traditional 53. c Yuan Mei Pin and self neck massage. Methods:We selected a total of 108 patients who met the study, of which 54 patients are healthy and the other 54 patients are in Sub-health state of the neck fatigue. We divided them into two groups and collected infrared thermography of their neck.We divided the infrared thermography of the neck into four regions and take the observation points temperature including the temperature of four regions, the average temperature, maximum temperature and minimum temperature of the entire neck. For the 54 cases of sub-healthy state of the neck fatigue,we marked the uncomfortable position of the neck, assessed the symptom score, collecting the neck infrared thermography. Then we used traditional Chinese comprehensive interventionv to inerwent and collected the symptom score and Infrared thermography after the intervention was conducted. We marked the site of uncomfortable position of the neck after the intervent again.By comparing the meet situation between the marked points with the infrared thermography unusual position subjects before and after intervention for each groups,we conducted efficacy assessment and made a comparative analysis of symptom assessment and heat map analysis of the situation.Results:(1) Health Group and sub-health group 1 to 4 regions, the average temperature, maximum temperature, minimum temperature comparison between the two groups:healthy group, the average temperature, maximum temperature, minimum temperature were significantly lower than sub-health group, the difference has a significant (P<0.001); (2) the average temperature, maximum temperature, minimum temperature of the entire neck between the two groups showed:health group, the average temperature, the maximum temperature, minimum temperature of the neck were significantly lower than sub-health group, the difference has a significant (P<0.001); (3) the average temperature, maximum temperature, minimum temperature of different regions between two groups shows that:1-4 regions in each group was no significant difference. (4) Sub-health before the intervention group meet the line with the number of 43 cases, the overall coincident rate was 86.0%; (5) Sub-health after the intervention group meet the line with the number of 42 cases, the overall coincident rate was 84.0%; (6) the use of symptom score, including "markedly effective" in 13 cases, "effective" in 53 cases, "invalid" 33 cases, the total effective rate was 86.7%; infrared thermographic assessment of "markedly effective" in 19 cases, "effective" in 70 cases, " invalid "in 10 cases, and the total efficiency of 90%, between the two was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion:(1) Two groups 1 to 4 regions, the average temperature, maximum temperature and minimum temperature of the entire neck, between the two groups:sub-health group 1-4 regional average temperature, maximum temperature, minimum temperature are higher than the healthy group, the difference with statistical significance. To be sure, quantitative determination of sub-health state of neck discomfort is possible. (2) Each group average temperature in different regions, the maximum temperature, minimum temperature comparison shows that:the temperature difference was not significant. The temperature difference in different regions is difficult to make a precise criterion. (3) Before and after intervention, sub-health state of fatigue and neck area and infrared thermography marked abnormal region serves basically the same rate; (4) Infrared thermography results of the evaluation results are consistent with the symptom score;...
