Objective: Now the incidence of diabetes mellitus (DM) rised year by year. Diabetes mellitus had become an important human health hazards of non-communicable epidemic disease. The diabetic ketonaciosis was the most common acute complication of diabetes, and it was characterized by hyperglycemia, high ketonemia and the metabolic acidosis, that caused by the absolutely or relatively lack of insulin. This study was to explore the clinical characteristics and the effect of clinical treatment of the diabetic ketonaciosis by analyzing clinical data of 71 patients with DKA.Methods: Clinical data of 71 DKA patients such as urine keton body, serum biochemical value, inducement,therapy and prognosis were analized retrospectivley.Results: The ratio of infection was 52.1% as the most inducement of DKA. 98.6% of the patients were cured through supplying fluid in vein, using small dose insulin, reinforcing kalium, and so on.Conclusions: DM patients should avoid infection and other inducements of DKA, and DKA patients should get early diagnosis and normal treatment including fluid in vein, low dose insulin, potassium, and so on.
