Objectives: To explore the changes of sensitization of Rh negative women after the use of antenatal anti-D immugulubin with Meta analysis. Methods: CHKD,EMCC,OVID,Pub Med,Science direct were searched. Studies were assessed and data extracted using a standard template and quality assessment based on published criteria. Meta analysis were used to compare the sensitization of Rh negative women using antenatal anti-D immunoglobulin. Results: 7 literatures were included. The sensitization of Rh negative women using antenatal anti-D immunoglobulin was lower than Rh negative women who did not use antenatal anti-D immunoglobulin, RR=0.21.The weighted mean difference (WMD) was 9.77, and 95% confidence interval (CI) was [12.38 22.82], P<0.00001. There was no differences between the primipara and the multipara in the sensitization after the use of antenatal anti-D immunoglobulin, RR=0.84.The weighted mean difference (WMD) was 0.31, and 95% confidence interval (CI) was [0.27, 2.58].Conclusion: The use of antenatal anti-D immunoglobulin can decrease the sensitization of Rh negative women. So it can decrease the incidence of HDFN.
