| Objectives1. To discuss the immune function of different clinical stages of gastric cancer and to explore the relationships between the patient's immune status of gastric cancer patients and clinical stages.2. To discuss the effections of eiemene injection on immune functions of perioperative gastric cancer patients on the different clinical stages.Methods1. By detecting peripheral blood CD3+T, CD4+T, CD4+T/CD8+T, CD8+T and NK cells of 53 cases of gastric cancer, to explore the relationship between the immune conditions of gastric cancer patients and the clinical stages.2.79 cases of gastric cancer patients were divided into the group with Eiemene injection (control group) and the group with Elemene emulsion (experimental group). They were divided into 1th stage (control group, experimental group),2th stage (control group, experimental group),3th stage (control group, experimental group) and 4th stage (control group, experimental group) by TNM.The peripheral bloods were distilled on the 3th day before surgery,1th day and 7th day after surgery. CD3+T,CD4+T,CD4+T/CD8+T, CD8+ T and NK cells were detected. The effections of eiemene injection on immune functions of perioperative gastric cancer patients on the different clinical stagings were discussed.Results1. The CD3+T cells were higher in the 1th stage than these in the 3th or 4th stage (P <0.05); The CD4+T cells were higher in the 1th stage than these in the 2th,3th and 4th stage, and these in the 2th were higher than these in the 3th,4th stage(P<0.05);The CD3+T cells were higher in the 3th stage than these in the 4th,but there was not a significant difference.2. For the 1th stage, the CD3+T cells of the control group were lower on the 1th and 7th day after surgery than these on the 3th day before surgery (P<0.05); The CD4+T cells on the 1th and 7th day after surgery were higher in the experimental group than in control group(P <0.05);For the 2th stage, the CD3+T cells of the control group were lower on the lth day after surgery than these on the 3th day before surgery (P<0.05); The CD3+T cells and the CD4+T cells on the lth day after surgery and the 7th day after surgery were higher in the experimental group than in control group(P<0.05);For the 3th stage, the CD3+T cells of the control group were lower on the 1th day after surgery than these on the 3th day before surgery (P＜0.05); The CD3+ and CD4+T cells on the 7th day after surgery were higher in the experimental group than in control group(P <0.05);Conclusions1. The immune function of cell of gastric cancer patients with different clinical and pathological stages was different, and it was lower with the patients'stage grow; there was not a significant difference between the 3th stage and the 4th stage.2. The immune function of cell of gastric cancer patients of the lth,2th and 3th stage after surgery was lower than this before surgery.The eiemene injection can improve the immune function of cell of perioperative gastric cancer patients of the 1th,2th and 3th stage.
