Objectives: To explore the relationship between Endotheli-1 and Calcitonin gene related peptied among Han people in Hengyang of Hunan province with vitiligo, and to provide the new theory and clinical evidence for vitiligo treatment methods. Methods: A enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay was used to detect the levels of ET-1 and CGRP in plasma by collecting cubital vein blood of 60 vitiligo patients and 40 normal controls among Han people in Hengyang of Hunan province.Results:1 The level of ET-1 in the plasma of patients with vitiligo is obviously lower than the healthy controls(P<0.01). The level of ET-1 in the plasma of patients with progressive and diffuse vitiligo was obviously lower than the stable and localized vitiligo(P<0.01). No obviously difference was obsevent in sera ET-1 level between patients with stable and localized vitiligo and the healthy control(P > 0. 05) .2 The plasma level of CGRP in vitiligo was higher than Healthy controls(P<0.01). The level of CGRP in the plasma of patients with progressive and diffuse vitiligo was significantiy higher than the stable and localized vitiligo(P<0.01).No obviously difference was obsevent in sera CGRP level between patients with stable and localized vitiligo and the healthy control(P > 0. 05).3 Negative correlation between CGRP and ET-1 was obsevent in progressive and diffuse vitiligo. The changes of CGRP was significantiy associated with The changes of ET-1.Conclusion: 1 The ET-1 and CGRP is involved in vitiligo.2 ET-1 correlates negatively with CGRP in activity vitiligo.
