Objective:Observe HuanManXing treatment method of kidney arrhythmia,and the effect of fat,etc,and influence of hemorrheology HuanManXing further explores the etiology of arrhythmia.Method:60 patients with HuanManXing arrhythmia patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group in kidney medicine to give oral treatment for around atropine.Record before and after the treatment of patients with two groups of symptoms and signs,electrocardiogram and holter changes,lipid,the change of blood rheology.Results:Kidney HuanManXing treatment of arrhythmia,the total effective rateof 83.33﹪group total effectiveness is 80.00﹪overall effect between the two groups,there was no significant difference (P>0.05).The main symptoms of TCM therapy for 90﹪,efficient,and effective for 66.67﹪in treatment group was better than control group (P< 0.05).In treatment group and control group,and the dynamic ecg aspects of electrocardiogram(P>0.05 comparison),and no significant differences.After treatment,the treatment group and control group than in the serum lipids,the change of blood rheology have significant difference (P<0.05).Before and after the treatment group in the kidney function,blood tests were not significantly (P>0.05)anomalies,urine,and normal routine.Conclusion:HuanManXing arrhythmia kidney treatment effect,can be cured or improve the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of survival,TCM symptoms change significantly better atropine,without any side effects.HuanManXing further explains the pathogenesis of arrhythmia and kidney.
