Clinical Observation On Shenwuguanxin Pill In The Treatment Of Bradyarrhythmia Of Heart Kidney Yang Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Purpose:To observe the therapeutic effect and value of shenwuguanxin Pill on bradyarrhythmia of heart kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis type,and to establish the safety evaluation mechanism based on the experimental results,to study the clinical safety and effectiveness of shenwuguanxin Pill on bradyarrhythmia.Method:According to the criteria of clinical inclusion,according to the thinking of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,60 patients with slow arrhythmia of heart kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into treatment group(Shenwu Guanxin pill)30 cases,control group(Shenxian Shengmai oral liquid)30 cases,and the treatment cycle was four weeks.After the corresponding course of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were analyzed to rest SPSS 22.0 was applied to data statistics and processing to evaluate the statistical results scientifically.Result:1.By comparing the curative effect of TCM syndromes in the two groups: in the treatment group,the total effective rate of treatment is 90%,while in the control group,the total effective rate of treatment is 70%(P = 0.016 < 0.05).2.By comparing the total score of TCM syndromes in the two groups: the score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P = 0.049 < 0.05).3.In the clinical effect comparison of resting heart rate:there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of electrocardiographic effect: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,which was better than that of the control group(63.33%)(P = 0.046 < 0.05)and the total heart rate of the control group 5.24-hour total heart rate: Through the investigation of the slowest heart rate,the total heart rate and the average heart rate,etc.,the situation of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.P<0.05? 6.Safety monitoring: during the test,there was no obvious abnormality in blood routine,urine routine and biochemical indexes of all patients,and no adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.Shenwu Guanxin Pill has a remarkable overall effect in the treatment of heart-kidney Yang deficiency combined with blood stasis slow arrhythmia.2.Shenwu Guanxin Pill can reduce TCM syndrome score and improve patients' symptoms.3.Shenwuguanxin pill can improve the resting heart rate,24 h total heart rate,the slowest heart rate and the average heart rate of patients.4.Shenwu Guanxin Pill has no adverse reactions and toxic side effects and good safety after safety monitoring.
