Analysis Of Clinicopathological Characteristics And Prognosis In Female Breast Cancer Between Uigur And Han Patients Of Xinjiang

Objective:To explore the difference of clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis in female breast cancer between Uigur patients and Han patients of Xinjiang. Methods:Retrospective analysis of hospital selected the 1069 female breast cancer between Uigur patients and Han patients of Xinjiang in January 1995 to December 2009 by radical mastectomy or modified radical mastectomy after. pathologically confirmed breast cancer, the first diagnosis of distant metastasis, the integrity of clinic service following up records. We used SPSS 17.0 to analyze clinicopathological items and prognostic factors of 425 cases of Uigur women and 644 cases of Han women with breast cancer contrastively. Results:Pathogenic age, tumor diameter, pathological classification, axillery lymph node metastasis, clinicopathological Staging, chemotherapy, endocrine therapy, recurrence and metastasis of postoperation, five- year survival rates was not significant difference in different nations (P<0.05).course of disease, whether or not amenorrhea, clinicopathological categories, radiotherapy, the expression of ER (estrogen receptor) and PR(Progesterone receptor) and HER-2(human epidermal growth factor receptor-2) and so on was not significant difference (P>0150). Conclusion:It is impossiblely owing to the difference of race that Uigur patients of breast cancer had lower Pathogenic age than Han patients. It is likely because Uigur women have not consciousness of resisting mutation and later diagnosis and treatment that Uigur patients of breast cancer had lower five- year survival rates than Han patients, prognosis in female breast cancer of Uigur is poorly.
