| Objective To explore the influence and clinical significance of Shenmai injection to CAF chemotherapy caused myocardiun toxicity of Uigur women with breast cancer. Methods According to the admittable standards into 897 cases (include Uigur 400 cases and Chinese 497 cases)from comfired 1000 cases of patients with breast cancer and were stochasticly divided into two groups. The contrast group were treated with CAF chemotherapy. The observation group were treated with CAF chemotherapy and Shenmai injection. The patients of two groups were treated for 6 cycles of chemotherapy totaly. Electrocardiogram, Dynamic Electrocardiography and myocardial enzymes were compared analysis before and after two kinds of therapy. Using four-frame table.The difference of myocardial activity expression between The contrast group and the observer group enumeration data was analyzed with rate or ratio. Under the conditions of fit the theoretical frequency using x 2 test to analyze the ralationship between the myocardial activity and chemotherapy. Results There were 264 cases of abnomal Electrocardiogram in 897 cases of patients .The incidences was 29.4%,155 cases in contrast group (35.6%), 109 cases in observation group (23.6%), there were 316 cases with abnomal 24h Holter, 182 cases in contrast group (41.7%), 134 cases in observation group (29.1%). There were significant difference between contrast group and observation group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: It suggests that the treatment of CAF primary scheme can cause damage to the heart of Uigur women with breast cancer. It was helpful to regularly retest Electrocardiogram for knowing about the duration of patients,s heart.Shenmai injection has a better protection effect for heart toxin which is bring by CAF.
