OBJECTIVE Gastric cancer is one of our country most common malignant digestive tract tumors, stomach cancer was caused by comprehensive factors led to a variety of in vivo fission adjustment out of control and the infinite multiplication proliferation of separatist-conditioning went out of control while the infinite becomes " no die " immortalized cell. Because gastric cancer is also a genetic disease, therefore the people pay attention to the stomach cancer related gene more and more research.. Since Warran and the Mashall discovery of Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori),, , the international cancer research agency of the Helicobacter pylori typeΙclear as the original human carcinogen. P53 is an important tumor suppressor gene (sup-pressor genes), had discovered in the human more than 50%, which shows that the genetic alteration is likely to produce an important factor in gastric cancer, p53 gene to normal function of the loss was considered with the incidence of many types of cancer are directly related. Large body of existing research data show that telomerase (Telomerase) enables the activation of cells into immortalized and immortalized tumors could be considered as the deterioration of the necessary steps. Tumor telomere length is very short, its continuation will lead to reduced chromosomal fusion, cell death, while activation of telomerase can maintain telomere length, in order to maintain the continued division of the tumor, proliferation and survival. Telomerase expression in tumor formation and development may also be an important way, as Hp in gastric cancer and precancerous lesions in the relationship between the international community has been basically formed a conclusion, while both p53 and telomerase in gastric cancer after eradication of Hp and its precancerous lesions in the relationship between home and abroad, rarely reported in the literature, this experiment by studying the gastric cancer and precancerous lesions in the expression of p53 and telomerase as well as the relationship between Hp infection, gastric cancer to explore possible molecular mechanism for Cancer Prevention Early diagnosis and treatment provide a new theoretical basis.Method Select Yan'an University Affiliated Hospital Gastroenterology in June 2008 to September 2009 outpatients, including inpatients, and the pathology data and tissue samples derived from a random sample of 200 cases in which chronic atrophic gastritis, mild dysplasia, moderate dysplasia , severe dysplasia (dysplasia histology to determine the light Ming [8] criteria) and gastric cancer cases of all 40 cases. All cases were selected by gastroscopy (endoscopy and gastric body and antrum biopsy specimens) and the C14 urea breath test two explicit exception of Hp infection and other organic lesions of upper digestive tract and other organs, severe lesions persons. SABC immunohistochemistry to detect p53, telomerase expression, the above rate tests were conducted using statistical software SPSS16.0 chi-square test for the theoretical frequency of "a situation of using Fisher exact probability test, test standard for theα= 0.05. Analyze their experiences in gastric cancer and precancerous lesions of the changes in law and their relationship after the eradication of Hp infectionResult In all 200 cases of gastric tissue specimens, P53 protein expression in 103 patients (103/200), of which nine cases of chronic atrophic gastritis (9 / 40), mild dysplasia in 15 cases (10/40), moderate atypical hyperplasia in 19 cases (19/40), severe dysplasia in 28 cases (28/40) and gastric cancer 37cases (37/40); telomerase expression 132 cases (132/200), in which chronic atrophic gastritis 16 cases (16/40), mild dysplasia in 19 cases (19/40), moderate dysplasia in 27 cases (27/40), severe dysplasia in 33 cases (33/40) and gastric cancer (37 cases 37/40); of which there are both positive, both negative for 101 patients there were 29 cases; 200 cases were Hp test results, including positive 158 cases, P53 protein expression among the 84 cases (84/158) 84 cases for Hp eradication therapy, after treatment with negative expression of P53 protein in 56 cases (56/84) among the telomerase protein expression in 92 cases (92/158) of 92 cases for Hp eradication therapy, after treatment with negative telomerase protein expression in 55 cases of (55/92). Statistical analysis of gastric cancer and precancerous lesions in the expression of P53 and telomerase was statistically significant, positive expression rate of the former than the latter; mild to moderate dysplasia and severe dysplasia comparison, the difference was statistically significant The positive expression rate of the former than the latter; Hp-positive and P53 positive expression rate of telomerase activity is high; for Hp eradication after treatment was negative expression of P53 and Telomerase in statistically significant, negative rate is higher than the former. Conclusion In gastric cancer, the process of development of P53 and telomerase not only has the important reference value at stomach cancer's early diagnosis aspect, but also in evaluating the treatment effect also has certain value in the appraisal treatment result aspect, further instructions Hp eradication therapy in gastric cancer the importance of and negative shows the process of Hp may be related to cancer cell cycle regulation of one or several links related disorders. P53 and telomerase may be the treatment of gastric cancer provide a new way for the future stomach cancer's treatment.
