The level of lysophosphatidic acid and phosphatidic acid in patients with cerebral ischemic stroke and correlated factorsOBJECTIVE:To examine the level of lysophosphatidic acid(LPA) and acid phospholipid(AP) in patients with ischemic cerebrobascular(CI). At the same time we study the relationship between LPA and correlated factors such as LDL, triglyceride (TG) and cholesterol..METHODS:To study relation between concentration of lysophosphatidic acid(LPA) and acid phospholipid (AP) increasing and decreasing and ischemic cerebrovascular disease occurring and developing,We examined the plasma concentrations of LPA, AP, triglyceride (TG),LDH and cholesterol at different time.RESULTS:The concentration of LPA and AP in CI patients'plasm within 1 months were higher than healthy people.(within 7 days F=13.437, P<0.01;F=15.692, P<0.01with in 1month F=13.372, P<0.01; F=9.347,P<0.01) But after 1 months there was no different between patients(F=2.446,P=0.226> 0.05;F=0.383,P=0.158> 0.05) and healthy people. And there were no definite relationship between LAP,AP and TG,LDL and cholesterol. (with in 7 days LPA F=0.720,P=0.543> 0.05; AP:F=1.323,P=0.272> 0.05;within 1month LPA F=0.720, P=0.543> 0.05; AP F=0.720, P=0.543> 0.05; between 1month and 18months:LPA F=1.862, P=0.142> 0.05; AP F=4.032, P=0.110> 0.05)CONCLUSIONS:Concentration of LPA and AP made warning function as cerebral infarction. It can reflect a fact if the body is hypercoagulability,so we can guide our clinical wok.And there was no definited relationship between LPA,AP and high TG, LDL and cholesterol.
