Technology, basic and clinical research are lagging behind clinical needs, Not been able to fully meet the fast-growing demand for minimally invasive neurosurgery, this situation was became a limiting factor for development. Therefore, we are designed experiments of our basic studies was based on the neuroendoscopic clinical application. And also got a great deal of trustfulness conclusions, we believe that these conclusions can affect endoscopic application in clinical; In the same times, To carry out the experiment was also based on neural minimally invasive techniques as an opportunity to Social Development Fund (2005B30501008) and New technologies new business research fund (20050010), therefore, The completion of the study is inseparable from the Fund's support.Now, the neuroendoscopic techniques can finish widely operations. With the advances in equipment development, the area of application of neuroendoscopic is also expanding. In the same way, Endoscopic technology can also bring a lot of complications, Although it has structural damage human tissue smaller than the other technologies. Operation in a narrow Channel also can be a disadvantage. Besides, endoscopic has it's special visual angle, This requires the operator has a higher technical requirements; Familiar with anatomical structure of surgical site proficiency is particularly important. This has provided a guarantee for the safe operation. For example, Ventricular structure is relatively complex, The use of neuroendoscopic technology treating disease need base on different situations adopt different means. Nevertheless, such cauterization operation can seek better way from A lot of different operation approach. This also is the task to explore one of our objectives. with another words, through the anatomical study provide the anatomical basis for the neuroendoscopic surgery。This study were divided into two parts of observed for the shape of choroid plexus and measurement of the diameter of choroid vessels in totally 8 (16sides) formalin-fixed adult human head specimens. The width of temporal choroid plexus were 6.40±0.64mm, choroid glomus were13.53±1.03mm, and body of lateral ventricle were 3.70±0.59mm. These widths were significant difference (P< 0.05). The ideal approach point of the endoscopic transoccippital surgery should be located 5cm above the occipital protuberance and 3cm aside from the midline.
