The pulse shape characteristic changes of human cardiovascular system evaluation become important physiological pathology condition according to. Both at home and abroad have extensive use of guardianship instrument, gradually began to study adopts photoelectric pulse wave flow sensor, volume flow the fingers of large area, feeling too strict requirements of detecting position. The signal of adaptability, stability and repeatability are superior to pulse pressure sensors. Especially, suitable for long time clinical monitoring. Its deficiency is due to the flow volume pulse mechanism and characteristics of information research, has not yet confined in the blood oxygen saturation and two parameters, the monitoring can't satisfy the need of clinical, especially cardiovascular flow parameters, due to the limited, detection means isn't yet to realize the clinical monitoring on real significance. Although use volume pulse wave analysis method of cardiovascular the blood flow parameters have extensive application, but its easy-to-use characteristics has caused the people pay more attention to.Through volume pulse wave extracting more parameters information from the blood flow has become the focus of research in recent years. Research shows that the difficulty lies in how to main blood volume pulse calibration, especially how to establish the relationship with the blood pressure. Current research mainly includes two methods:one method is according to the conversion relation between the pressure and volume pulse wave, another method is to use the pulse propagation time measure blood pressure. The former general cannot get rid of filling cuffs with pressure changes to the influence of human body, long time measurement will be to bring discomfort, After is a recent method, need not inflatable cuffs, just detection, pulse propagation time can be indirectly calculated the blood pressure, but from the existing research is generally measured in two different position with the pulse signal and ECG signal, pulse signal and pulse signal, which requires the operating personnel have certain medical knowledge, to test site is very strict, still feel disadvantageous.Therefore, in order to overcome the deficiency of two locations measurement method, this study proposed using single point detection methods of pulse wave propagation time, this method reduce the measurement process by trying to influence factors of parts, comfort and convenience have improved greatly. This paper made the mainly work as the following aspects:1,The volume pulse wave signal and accelerated pulse wave extraction: Measuring oxygen saturation extracted from the volume pulse wave and carries on the quadratic differential to extract accelerated pulse wave, and for the further mining more blood physiological information provided experimental data..2,According to the characteristics of the volume pulse wave and accelerated pulse wave for further analysis, use the differential threshold method and wavelet transform.etc signal processing method detect the feature points, measurement the pulse wave propagation time, and further complete blood oxygen saturation, heart rate, systolic and diastolic blood pressure measurement of these important blood flow parameters.3,Complete experimental machine platform research and divide training group and control group based on the experimental platform for human trials. Established pulse wave and blood pressure equation, then, make the experimental data and the mercury sphygmomanometer group of contrast test and statistical analysis. This paper deeply explored using pulse wave propagation time measured blood pressure method, provided some methods and ideas on the research blood flow parameters measurement and multi-physiological parameters measurement, and for new physiological monitoring device have certain reference significance...
