Noninvasive continuous blood pressure measurement based on pulse wave has important application value in clinic.In this paper,we search for a more precise algorithm to measure blood pressure based on pulse wave,and explore an algorithm based on pulse wave characteristic parameters to measure blood pressure.Firstly,we have studied the algorithm model of blood pressure calculation based on the characteristic parameters of pulse wave,and find that the current algorithm is difficult to accurately calculate the pathological and special physiological blood pressure values,especially for the hypertension and hypotension.To solve this problem,this paper improves the measurement by using three kinds of algorithm: successive approximation method,back propagation neural network and multiple nonlinear fitting.And three kinds of calculation model between the characteristic parameters of pulse wave and blood pressure are established in this process.By measuring the precision and efficiency of the comparison of the 3 models,this paper finally designs a calculation model between the characteristic parameters of pulse wave and blood pressure based on multivariate nonlinear fitting algorithm.The validity of the experimental results shows that this algorithm is very effective,the specific performances are as follows:(1)the calculation results are very accurate and better than the standard of the association for the advancement of medical instrumentation;(2)being validated by the Bland-Altman method,the calculation results of blood pressure of this algorithm are highly consistent with the results obtained from the measurement results of the sphygmomanometer;(3)the algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively expand the scope of implementation of blood pressure noninvasively and it be used to obtain blood pressure value noninvasively at both physiological and pathological level based on the characteristic parameters of pulse wave.Finally,the algorithm using the virtual instrument programming design software,and produced the pulse wave pressure real time monitor.The monitor can complete the real-time blood pressure measurement based on pulse wave,and the measurement results meet the basic requirements of clinical.This paper achieves the purpose of continuous measurement of blood pressure in patients.
