Ganoderma lucidum is a large medicinal fungi, has a history of thousands of applications in China. Modern medical research shows that:Ganoderma lucidum has a variety of effects include improving the body immunity and sleep, regulating the cardiovascular system, anti-thrombotic coagulation, anti-tumor etc., the main active component of lucidum are Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide, Ganoderma triterpene acid, alkaloids etc.Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge, as a traditional Chinese medicine in China, has been used for a long time. It set out in the " Dragon Materia Medica "and listed as the top grade, "Ben Cao Jing Shu","Compendium of Materia Medica" have recorded. The work describes its effects like this:dispelling stasis and analgesic, activating blood flow, heart-relieving and arresting restless etc. Its main chemical components are tanshinone and salvianolic acid.Fermentated and conversed the chinese medicinal materials with Microbial has become a hot research of modern medicine. Medicinal fungi as fermentation strain, Herbal medicinal materials with active ingredients as resistance substrate which provided nutrients for fungi to growth, and generated new elements because of fungal decomposition (synthesis), the whole fermentation process have two directivity, so called " bi-directional solid state fermentation project of medicinal fungi ". The fermentation products called resistance substrate, which is different from the general solid state fermentation products of fungi. It has both composition and effectiveness of medicinal fungi and Chinese herbal medicine, and meanwhile it may have new sexual taste and effectiveness. Intersection and combination of different fungi and different Chinese herbal can constitute almost unlimited combination of fermentation, that produce quality of variety of fungal substance which can be used as new materials of innovativing chinese medicine.In this thesis, bi-directional solid fermentation engineering, to the starting strain of Ganoderma lucidum to Salvia miltiorrhiza for the medicinal matrix, through the strain adaptability, phytoplasma efficacy, safety, screening and optimization of the fermentation process, the initial establishment of Ganoderma lucidum-Salvia bi-directional solid fermentation process and quality testing remedy to cure the physical and chemical indicators of bacteria to carry out its pharmacodynamics. This paper studies and results are as follows:1. Ganoderma lucidum-a bi-directional solid fermentation solid state fermentation strains of Salvia to determine:By comparing different strains of Ganoderma lucidum on the growth of Salvia matrix adaptation, and different strains of quality blood circulation of the efficacy experiment, acute toxicity test, from 53 strains of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium growing in a well-screened, the best efficacy was significantly strain ZL30.2. Ganoderma Lucidum-Salvia two-way solid state fermentation process optimization: Matrix by different medicinal humidity mycelium growth of medicinal and different sterilization conditions, the loss of active material matrix of Investigation, obtained Ganoderma Lucidum-Salvia best bi-directional solid substrate fermentation of 70% humidity, Matrix of the best sterilization temperature of 100℃, Sterilization time was 60min。Through fermentation of bacteria of different qualitative determination of chemical composition, blood circulation assessment of efficacy, determined 40 d fermentation end of fermentation.3. Physical and chemical indicators and Pharmacodynamic Study of Ling dan fungal substance:Physical indicators of Ling dan fungal substance:Drying rate was 68.75%, Granular and gray, the smell is strong mushroom flavor, slightly sweet taste, Polysaccharide1.86‰, crude protein0.10‰, tanshinoneⅡA content of 0.27%, dan acid B content of 0.06%, triterpene content of 0.28%; from pharmacodynamic studies can be seen, quality of Ling dan fungal substance in the blood circulation, improve immunity are better than the pharmacodynamics of Salvia miltiorrhiza group and not fermented Salvia sterilization group.
