Two parts are included in this thesis:document study and clinical study.Purpose and Significance:Firstly, through the clinical investigation to 120 cases of children with asthma in the remission, to understand their classification situation of their constitution, to provide the reference for the prevention and treatment of Chinese medicine in the children with asthma in the remission; secondly, investigate the relevant physical characteristics before and after treatment in some children who are treated with Chinese medicine, and make a comparison to understand the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine to improve the constitution.Study methods:make the physical classification through clinical investigation, the all data is processed by the statistical software of SPSS 16.0, and the measurement data is processed with T-test.Results:in the 120 cases of children with asthma in remission,79 cases of male (65.83%), 41 cases of female (34.17%), male to female ratio is 1.92:1. The age of onset is more in preschool; the age of first attack is more in less than 3 years old, account for 71.66%, the children with the first attack of asthma after 6 years old are less; The main season in spring and winter; the children with a clear history of allergic diseases account for 80.83%, of them, there are 21 cases of children with a clear family history, account for 17.50%. The larger percentage of asthma children present the lung deficiency tending to qi insufficiency (account for 13.33%) and yin insufficiency (24.17%), the spleen deficiency tending to qi insufficiency (20.00%) and the lung-spleen deficiency tending to qi insufficiency (24.17%). Through investigation to some children who are treated with Chinese medicine, their constitutions have not changed, but some relevant features have improved, it confirms the physical nature of changeability and provides reference for treating child asthma according to constitution differentiation of TCM.
