Objective:Through the observation group compared acupuncture combined with total knee replacement surgery to prevent deep venous thrombosis in effect, side effects to explore more effective control methods to optimize treatment programs, while expanding the scope of acupuncture treatment of bone disease, deepening acupuncture Huoxue by theory.Method:1. Clinical data:all knee replacement patients were from orthopedic ward Hospital in Jiangsu Province (from October 2008 to December 2009),74 patients, a total of 79 knee. Parallel control design methods, divided into acupuncture group (experimental group) and group B (control group), in which acupuncture group and 37 (40 knee replacement), western group of 37 patients (39 knee replacement). Clock drug treatment group,1 patient (a replacement joint) the experimental half-way contrary to regulations to be removed.2. Treatment:Patients in both groups were the same basic treatment.①Western group:10 hours began to LMWH (Bo Pu Green) subcutaneous injection (4000IU), once a day.②Acupuncture group:drug therapy Ibid, after the disappearance of anesthetics increase of electric acupuncture (dense wave) treatment, according to group acupoints along meridians dressing area,1 day, total 7 times.3. Observation:Safety indicators, including general medical, heart, lung, liver, kidney function and blood, urine, feces routine examination; efficacy indicators include①deep venous color Doppler ultrasound platelet②platelet③hemorheology④D-dimer index⑤Limb edema score⑥Ea before the 3rd postoperative analgesic score immediately.4. Statistical methods:the measured data were analyzed using statistical software SPSS13.0. Measurement data were presented as mean±standard deviation (x±s) that the t-test; count data X2 test. Results:Lower extremity Doppler examination, the incidence of DVT acupuncture group was 2.56%, western medicine group 20.51% incidence of DVT between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Platelet count acupuncture group after 7 days have basically reached the preoperative level (P> 0.05), between the two groups, the first 4,7 days of acupuncture treatment group was lower than western medicine group (P<0.05).Acupuncture group 7 days after D-dimer, blood flow change target, thigh circumference difference was lower than those of Western medicine (P<0.05).Before and after acupuncture after 3 days before the pain visual analogue scale (VAS) scores after treatment than before treatment VAS index lower (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Two procedures can effectively reduce the incidence of DVT, which combine better efficacy with acupuncture;2. Patients with abnormal platelet count, D-dimer index were significantly higher (P<0.05; P<0.01), but the acupuncture group the platelet count in seven days has basically reached the preoperative level (P> 0.05); group to compare, acupuncture group were significantly lower than in 4,7 day western medicine group (P<0.05; P<0.01). Acupuncture group of D-dimer index, the first 7 days was significantly lower than western medicine group (P<0.05).3. Postoperative day 7, a number of indicators of blood flow changes and poor health affected side thigh circumference were significantly lower than postoperative day 1 before treatment (P<0.01); the first seven days between the two groups, both acupuncture group significantly lower than western medicine group (P<0.01).4. Before and after acupuncture after 3 days before the pain visual analogue scale (VAS) scores after treatment than before treatment VAS index lower (P<0.05 or P<0.01).
