To investigate the relationship between TCM syndrome type and laboratory indexes in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),in order to determine the prognosis of SLE disease to provide an effective basis. Methods:Theory of traditional medicine and modern medicine from the perspective of a literature study on SLE,one hundred and forty seven patients with SLE clinical research wwere devided into five types:type 1 excessive noxious heat type, type 2 the stasis heatwith toxin type, type 3deficiency of yin brings about interior heat syndrome type; type 4 deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin type.type 5 deficiency of spleen-yang and kidney-yang type,The indexes, ANA,anti-ds-DNA antibod (ds-DNA),anti-Sm antibod(Sm),anti-extractable nuclear antigen antibody (ENA),anti-Acl antibod (Acl),comp lement C3 (C3),immunoglobulin G (IgG), erythrocyte sedimentation(ESR),alanine aminotransferase (ALT),usea nitrogen (BUN),red blood cell (RBC),white blood cell (WBC),haemoglobin (Hb),platelet (PLT) count, urine occult blood(BLO),Urine protein (UPRO) and 24hr urinary protein quantitation (24hUprot),were determined。Finally the analysis of their relationship with each other。Results:1.The sex in each types were not markedly different(P>0.05).2.ds-DNA,C3,IgG,ESR,ALT,BUN,RBC,WBC,Hb,PLT,Blo,Upro and 24hpro in related types were markedly different(P<0.05),but ANA,Sm,ENA,aCL and PLT in each syndromes were not markedly different(P>0.05). ConclusionDifferent variations of laboratory indexes present in SLE patients of different syndrome types, there are certain relationship between the TCM syndrome types and the laboratory indexes, and these rules may provide an effecting reference for clinical differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome and estimating state of an illness and prognosis.
