Bu Zhong Yi Qi Decoction Combined EMG Biofeedback Treatment Of Pelvic Organ Prolapse In Clinical Research

Objective:The clinical study to examine the Bu Zhong Yi Qi Decoction combined EMG biofeedback treatment of pelvic organ prolapse and mechanism of clinical efficacy, mainly through a questionnaire survey, the changes in muscle strength and EMG parameters to predict the efficacy of the disease.Methods:40 patients with pelvic organ prolapse were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group 20 patients given Bu Zhong Yi Qi Decoction combined mechanical and electrical biofeedback therapy 2 months, control group 20 patients given EMG biofeedback treatment of twomonths, patients were observed before and after treatment to improve symptoms, and to adopt the changes in muscle strength and EMG parameters, before and after treatment with self-comparison and contrast between the two groups.Results:Compared with control group, Bu Zhong Yi Qi Decoction combined effect of EMG biofeedback group than the former, Bu Zhong Yi Qi Decoction combined electromyographic biofeedback treatment (P<0.05) could significantly improve the cure rate and totalefficiency.Conclusion:Bu Zhong Yi Qi Decoction combined electromyographic biofeedback pelvic organ prolapse is simple, safe, effective and better synergy.
