Yi Qi Gu Tuo Decoction Combined With Biofeedback Electrical Stimulation Treatment Of Postmenopausal Of Mild-to-moderate Pelvic Organ Prolapse In Clinical Research

Objective:The clinical research,to explore the Yi Qi Gu Tuo Decoction combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation in treatment of pelvic organ prolapse of clinical efficacy, mainly through. observe the changes of clinical symptoms、Pelvic organ prolapse degree of POP-Q score and pelvic floor electromyography (the maximum contraction of pelvic floor and Sustained muscle contraction time) changes to predict the clinical efficacy the disease.Methods:40 postmenopausal patients eficiency of Spleen kidney both deficiency type of Mild-to-moderate POP were randomly divided into two groups, the combined group 20 patients given the treatment of Yi Qi Gu Tuo Decoction combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation for 2 courses,Traditional Chinese medicine group of 20 cases, treated by Yi Qi Gu Tuo Decoction for 2 courses,Patients of two group were observed before and were observed in the two groups before and after treatment and after treatment of cases in March to improve the clinical symptoms situation, and to adopt the changes of Pelvic organ prolapse degree of POP-Q score and pelvic floor electromyography (the maximum contraction of pelvic floor and Sustained muscle contraction time), compared,before and after treatment with self-compaison and contrast between the two groups.Results:Yi Qi Gu Tuo Decoction combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation group is better than the traditional Chinese medicine group, Yi Qi Gu Tuo Decoction combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation treatment(P<0.05)could signifieantly imProve the cure rate and totaleffieieny.Conclusion:The effect of Yi Qi Gu Tuo Decoction combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation treatment of postmenopausal of Mild-to-moderate pelvic organ prolapse is satisfactory, and is simple, safe,and no side effect.
