Clinical Analysis On Interventional Treatment Technology Of Asd

Objective: The patients of Congenital heart disease are bored about 150,000 in our country each year, ASD is about 10%～20% in these. It serious influence on children's growth.The traditional open-chest surgery has lots of Surgical trauma and complications. So , the interventional therapy becomes the first choice of the ASD, because of small trauma and fewer omplication。Firstly King cured Secondary ASD by interventional treatment technology in the 1974.But not every patient of ASD can be cured using interventional therapy fortunately. The treatment level was Continuously improving and surgical safety has reached a certain level going along with the development of interventional technology and the increasing number of surgery. By summarizing interventional treatment cases in the last two years our hospital,by analyzing, and by including experience, the diagnosis and treatment of ASD will be further recognized in our future.Methods: By the method of retrospective analysis , we summarize the patient who cured his cardiac surgery in The second Hospital of Hebei Medical University between 2008.3 to 2009.12 . By retrospective analyzing the clinical cases of interventional therapy technology (including : Preoperative diagnosis and preparation , surgical processing, surgical complications and the following-up), to improve the recognization on interventional therapy of ASD.Result: 31 patients did their surgery successfully. By radiography and UCG, we saw no remain diffluence , the valves worked well, the souffle had gone. By reviewing UCG, X-ray, and ECG after 24h and 1. 3. 6 12 months, we saw the position and combination well, there were no remain diffluence and correlative complication, The loading of right heart was lighter, the blood in lung was fewer than they did not do their surgery. Because of the miss of UCG checking, two patients failed for be short of edge; the ASD of one patient was oval foramen in fact, his surgery was failed for seal wire can not going through; The last patient was failed for porous ASD. The four men cured their diseases by the traditional open-chest surgery.Conclusions: Interventional treatment technology is a minimally invasive way which is little pain, good results , simple operation, short in the hospital and fewer complications. For doing the surgery successfully ,it is important which is strict indications, accurate preoperative and intraoperative UCG diagnosis. It is a very much hopfull no-surgery treatment technology because of coinciding with the development trend of modern medicine and having the same efficacy with surgery.
