Objective:Of Bazhen particles in esophageal cancer surgery and chemotherapy can reduce bone marrow in response, enhance immune suppression, improvement of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and the quality of life for future cancer chemotherapy with the role of traditional Chinese medicine to provide clinical basis.Methods:60 cases of esophageal cancer patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine dialectical Xu Zheng, single-blind randomized design method, using random number table method in accordance with the allocation of treatment order randomized experimental group and control group 30 cases Treatment:The trial group:Bazhen particle with esophageal cancer after conventional radiotherapy 50Gy/25F/5W, TC programs (paclitaxel+cisplatin) chemotherapy for three cycles; control group:esophageal cancer after conventional radiotherapy 50Gy/25F/5W, TC program (paclitaxel+cisplatin) chemotherapy for three cycles.Effect:Experimental group, the degree of response of bone marrow suppression was significantly lower than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Test and control groups after treatment of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine has been tested to improve the situation have statistical differences (P<0.05),Test group is better than the control group. The control group, total T cells after chemotherapy and the value of T helper cells/inhibit significantly lower than that before chemotherapy, was statistically significant (P<0.05). The control group, total T cells after chemotherapy value and T helper cell/ inhibitory cells were significantly lower than the test, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Experimental group and control group patients physical status Karnofsky score (KPS) before treatment was no significant difference (P>0.05), experimental group patients after treatment by the KPS dropped 82.867±6.103 to 84.667±5.074,KPS from the control group patients decreased to 85.333±5.074 79.333+4.498. Test group of patients chemotherapy before and after the KPS, there are no significant differences (P> 0.05); control group of patients chemotherapy before and after the KPS compared, significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion:The course of radiotherapy and chemotherapy after esophagectomy with Bazhen particles can significantly reduce the degree of response of bone marrow suppression, treatment by radiotherapy and chemotherapy induced immune dysfunction leading to the value of T-cells and T helper cell/suppressor cellsdecreased the level and improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and physical condition.
