ObjectiveThis topic by giving P-blockers (propranolol hydrochloride) in rats fed manufactured bradycardia model, using electro-acupuncture treatment ximen Point to observe the electrical response of rat heart rate, electrocardiogram (ECG) and myocardial tissue in the Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase content in an objective evaluation of the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture and explore its mechanism of action, so that electro-acupuncture treatment of bradycardia is more scientific basis.MethodsUse of clean grade healthy SD rats were 40 male and female in half, weighing 200-250g. Random (Cha random number table) were divided into four groups, normal group, model group, electroacupuncture ximen treatment group (hereinafter referred to as the treatment group), electro-acupuncture chize the control group (hereinafter referred to as the control group),10 rats in each group. In addition to the normal group, model group and electro-acupuncture group were treated withβ-blockers (Propranolol) manufactured in rats fed animal model of bradycardia. Rats in each group in the limbs, subcutaneous buried electrode, connected BL-410 biological recorder, dynamic monitoring of their ECG and record the heart rate changes. Rats in each group fed by propranolol, the heart rate significantly slower than normal, after statistical treatment, there was a significant difference (P<0.01), shows that modeling success; treatment group treated by electro-acupuncture ximen Point After the heart rate increased significantly compared with model group, and close to the normal group, after statistical treatment, there was a significant difference (P<0.01); control group, electroacupuncture chize points after treatment, heart rate also increased compared with model group, after Statistically, there is significant difference (P<0.05); electro-acupuncture group and electroacupuncture on heart rate, heart rate, according to group, compared Statistically, there is significant difference (P<0.05).2. Electrocardiogram showed that the model group rats were significantly slower than normal heart rate, after statistical treatment, there was a significant difference (P<0.01), shows that modeling success; treated by electro-acupuncture ximen Point, the heart rate significantly compared with model group growing fast, and close to the normal group, after statistical treatment, there was a significant difference (P<0.01); electroacupuncture according to group, heart rate also increased compared with model group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); electro-acupuncture treatment group, heart rate compared with the electricity for the photos, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The results showed that electro-acupuncture points ximen significant role in the anti-bradycardia, whereas the control group as effective as electro-acupuncture points cleft door chize points clear.3. Electro-acupuncture points can obviously adjust the door cleft bradycardia heart rate in rats, the effect is superior to electro-acupuncture chize points, suggesting that electroacu-puncture points ximen significant role in the anti-bradycardia.2. Model group, rat heart tissue Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase was significantly reduced, indicating that bradycardia after myocardial Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase content of abnormal changes have taken place.3. Electro-acupuncture points can make ximen bradycardia in rat myocardial Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase content increased, indicating that electricity for its significant role in the regulation.
