Nurse's Knowledge-attitude-practice With Standard Precaution And Influential Factors

Objective: The objectives were to know knowledge-attitude–practice level with Stan -dard Precaution among nurses;To analyze influential factors about knowledge–attitu -de–practice with Standard Precaution;To analyze correlation about knowledge–attitu -de–practice and Provide reference evidence for correlated dePartment to institute Policy for Preventing noso- comial infections;To know matter equipment of standard precaution in hospital. Methods: It was a cross-sectional study with samples of 1000 nurses from 14grade three hospital and 6 grade two hospital;The questionnaire was designed by ourselves Were used to collect information of knowledge- attitude–practice with Standard Precaution and matter equipment of standard precaution in hospital;the data were analyzed with software SPSS version 16.0 such as describetive, analysis of variance, multiple linear regression.Results: Totally 831 valid questionnaires were collected;The average score of knowledge with Standard Precaution was 35.81±4.69 and score ratio was 71.62%; The average score of attitude was25.16±3.48 and score ratio was 78.62%;The average score of compliance was 79.28±16.10and compliance ratio was 66.04%;Five factors such as working years,the educational back- ground,Training,HBV antibody and Is AIDS training base hospital were the predict factors of knowledge level about Standard Precaution among nurses; The factors such as knowledge level with Standard Precaution ,grade of hospital, division,Training were the predict factors of attitude among nurses; The factors such as knowledge level with Standard Precaution, grade of hospital,Training,and Is AIDS training base hospital etal were the predict factors of compliance among nurses; knowledge-attitude–practice all positive correlations;matter equipment of standard precaution is not enough in hospital.Conclusion:nurses, knowledge-attitude–practice evel with standard Precaution was not get a good level in Urumqi as to other city in china;more attention should be paid to increasing nurses, knowledge-attitude–practice about Standard Precaution.
