| Objective:Based on the knowledge-attitude-practice mode,"knowledge-attitude-practice questionnaire of hemodialysis nurses about medical equipment alarm fatigue" was designed.This questionnaire and the Clinical Alarm Fatigue Scale were used to survey the degree of alarm fatigue of hemodialysis nurses and their knowledge,attitude and behavior status,analyze the relevant influencing factors,and put forward targeted suggestions.It aims to reduce the degree of alarm fatigue of hemodialysis nurses and promote their healthy career development;to provide reference and basis for the establishment of clinical alarm fatigue management and system;to prevent the occurrence of adverse events,to ensure the safety of dialysis of patients.Methods:Based on the theory of knowledge-attitude-practice,the questionnaire entry pool was constructed by qualitative research mainly,and the delphi method was used to conduct two rounds expert consultation,and the reliability and validity was counted by pre-survey method,and the knowledge-attitudepractice questionnaire of hemodialysis nurses about medical equipment alarm fatigue was determined.This questionnaire,the general data questionnaire and the Clinical Alarm Fatigue Scale were used to investigate the current situation of medical equipment alarm fatigue of 223 hemodialysis nurses in Heilongjiang Province.SPSS software was used for statistical analysis and to find out the influencing factors of hemodialysis nurses medical equipment alarm fatigue and the correlation between clinical alarm fatigue and the knowledge-attitude-practice.Results:Through the qualitative study of 8 nurses,seven major themes of their views on alarm and alarm fatigue were derived,and the initial entry pool of the questionnaire was constructed based on the theory of knowledge-attitudepractice.The recovery rate of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires was 83% and 100%,and the enthusiasm of experts was high;the degree of authority of experts was 0.920;the coefficient of variation was< 0.25,which was good;and the questionnaire of hemodialysis nurses medical equipment alarm fatigue with 33 items was formed,of which 9 were knowledge questionnaire,9 items were attitude questionnaire,and 15 items were behavior questionnaire.Through a pre-survey of 133 nurses,the questionnaire had a reliability of 0.822 and a validity of 0.902,which was good.The questionnaire could be used as a research tool for this study.Through the investigation of the current situation of 223 nurses,the Clinical Alarm Fatigue Scale score of hemodialysis nurses was 16.51±6.66;the knowledge questionnaire score was 36.61±5.48,the attitude questionnaire score was 29.28±3.72,and the behavior questionnaire score was 59.09±7.85;the relevant factors affecting the alarm fatigue of hemodialysis nurses were education,professional title,whether they were clinical teachers and whether they were specialized nurses at or above the provincial level;the degree of clinical alarm fatigue and knowledge,attitude,behavior is negatively correlated,and the knowledge-attitude-practice is positively correlated.Conclusions:This study provides a reliable research tool with good reliability and validity for the alarm fatigue investigation of hemodialysis nurses about medical equipment.Heilongjiang Province hemodialysis nurses medical equipment alarm fatigue is low,the level of knowledge is high,attitude and behavior level needs to be strengthened.Managers should focus on the relevant influencing factors,strengthen the management of alarm fatigue,and ensure the safety. |
