Clinical Research On Treating Knee Joint Osteoarthritis With Decoction Of Shang Ke Hei Yao Combination With Bu Shen Tong Luo Decoction

Objective: To investigate the effects of Shang Ke Hei Yao decoction Combination With Bu Shen Tong Luo decoction in clinical and approach its mechanism of action.Method: The 80 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. The treatment group with Shang Ke Hei Yao decoction ,meanwhile combination with Bu Shen Tong Luo decoction, and control group with An Wei Ji , meanwhile combination with Bu Shen Tong Luo decoction for the treatment. To assessment symptoms and signs integral,AIMS and safety indicators of patients after 2,4 weeks of treatment.: Results: Two groups after 4 weeks of the treatment, the total efficiency of groups was 92.5% and 85.0%, respectively, difference among the two groups was significant (P<0.05), indicating that the two groups with symptoms can be alleviated and improve knee function of patients significantly. During the treatment, two was no obvious cause of drug use because of adverse reactions. Conclusion: Shang Ke Hei Yao decoction and Bu Shen Tong Luo decoction that is utility and safe medicine can treat knee-osteoarthritis,especially for patients with joint pain, swelling, joint activities , and other symptoms and signs of significant improvement. However, its mechanism and long-term effect is still to be further animal experiments through research and clinical observation to verify and clarify.
