| Knee osteoarthritis is the changes of knee joint cartilage degeneratively, which have been caused by a variety of factors, and disease of the knee bone hyperplasia. Its reasons are not clear, occurred by age, obesity, inflammation, trauma, and genetic factors. The progressive deterioration of the pathological features is knee cartilage change of the joint margins and subchondral bone reactive hyperplasia of the articular surface hardening, and other joints surrounding tissue of compensatory response. Knee osteoarthritis is more common in older patients, which the number of women are more than men. The population of Knee osteoarthritis raises up to50%of over the age of60,80%of75-year-old crowd. With the continuous improvement of China’s aging society, the masses of self-health awareness, the rapidly growing trend of knee osteoarthritis disease. Therefore, it is particularly important for the early diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis.This thesis is divided into two parts of the literature review and clinical research.Brief introduction of the knee early in Western medicine treatment includes literature review, detailed angioplasty for treatment of knee paralysis through arthroscopic cartilage.Clinical Research:Objective:To observe the knee paralysis through feasibility and clinical efficacy for the treatment of early knee osteoarthritis with arthroscopic cartilage angioplasty.Methods:cases from April2012to February2013at Wangjing Hospital arthritic pathological surgery. Operating arthroscopic cartilage angioplasty and conform the replenishing Xuanbi decoction indications in patients, the Doll’s sampling methods were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Control group line cartilage forming after surgery to be conventional therapy (rehydration and oral medications), given on the basis of the experimental group received conventional therapy after repair of cartilage defects in the tonic Xuanbi decoction oral treatment. Regular follow-up and evaluate the efficacy observation knee Lysholm and WOMAC scores standard TCM syndrome score.Results After treatment, the mean follow-up time of12-24weeks, the improvement of clinical symptoms and complications.The Lysholm knee Rating:36-45(39.4±3.4) of the test group before treatment points, pre-treatment of the control group,36to45(39.6±3.0) points, comparing the two, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); experimental group post-treatment score42-50(46.4±3.0) points, the control group after treatment,42to50(45.4±2.6) points, comparing the two, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Knee WOMAC score:41-79(59.2±11.0) points of the test group before treatment, after treatment,37-75(52.9±11.5) points, comparing the two, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); controls39-79(58.1.3±10.0) points of the group before treatment,35-75(53.9±10.0) points after treatment, comparing the two, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment:the experimental group and the control group knee WOMAC scores by t-test, P>0.05, no significant difference.TCM syndrome score before treatment:test group7-15(11.6±2.3), after treatment,5-12(8.7±1.9), compared before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Pre-treatment control group4-14(11.2±2.0), after treatment6-15(10.8±1.9), compared before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment:the test group and the control group by t-test, P<0.05, statistically significant.Conclusion knee By-pass angioplasty treatment combined with of arthroscopic cartilage angioplasty with simple line arthroscopic cartilageNo significant advantage in knee arthritis, knee pain and function, but can significantly improveThe TCM syndromes ratings for improving the quality of life of patients, and improve function in patients with long-term efficacy. |
