The Correlated Study Between The Proportional Mortality Rate Of A Three Levels Of First-Class Hospital Inpatients And The Level Of Local Socio-Economic Development In Ili Kazak Autonomous State

Objective:Long-continued population' death documents is an actual reflection of the dynamic situation about economic,cultural and integrated service in a region. This study was depended on a three levels of first-class hospital's inpatients in Ili from 1990 to 2007 years, to describe the proportional mortality rate and changing tendency briefly about a three levels of first-class hospital inpatients. Compare the change of proportional mortality rate distribution,death sequence in this hospital with the cause of principal disease death and the structure about Urumqi,and the nationwide,in order to analysis the relationship between the level of economic development,the influence of economic development, and to summarize the economic development trend and the main point of disease prevention in the future. Methods:A representative sample of the Ili state 1990-2007 three-year come from a three level of first-class general hospital inpatient's death register and death statistics data reporting, to add up a total of 2455 cases of deaths, and to carry out data entry, statistical analysis using Excel spreadsheets, to comparative analysis the common condition of the proportional mortality rate about a three levels of first-class hospital inpatients,the proportional mortality rate about Urumqi and the proportional mortality rate and GDP levels of nationwide. Results:There is a little difference between a three levels of first-class hospital's inpatients in Ili and Urumqi,and a part of city,county of Henan province,the city and countryside in nationwide about top ten disease and causes of death, and death sequence is also. The top fifth cause of death are Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular diseases,Injuries and Poisoning,Malignant tumor,Digestive system diseases and Respiratory disease, compare with Urumqi,and a part of city,county of Henan province,the city and countryside in nationwide among the total, Injuries and Poisoning,Contagious disease and Parasitosis was in front,and Pregnancy Childbirth,Puerperal Disorders and unknown symptom diseases were in among the total ten places after 1999.The chronic non infectious disease was account of 68.2% in all diseases, it was obviously lower than Urumqi,and a part of city,county of Henan province,the city and countryside in nationwide, it was possible because of the lower levels of level of economic development in Ili than Urumqi,the nationwide and urbanization process slow-moving,economic development retardation and aging of the population. Conclusion:The disease mortality patterns change and socio-economic development is closely related to economic development. The health of the residents improving need to coordinate with economy development, So the government was playing an important role in providing public goods,developing economic,improving people's lives,promoting urbanization development and improving the medical security system,people's cultural and health quality, through health education and health promotion, encouraging people to choose healthy lifestyles in the future. In order to master the diseases epidemiology condition in Ili, we need to establish a comprehensive death reporting system and regulate death register system.
