The situation of copy phenomenon and the lack of innovative has been impeded economic developing. If China want to toward the world, the situation in design that "Made in China " must be changed.Innovation is the soul of design and the essence of design requirements. Reference is an indispensable part to our design of the development of process. However, without innovation the excessive reference would lead the design to lack of breakthrough. It's mean to say, human can get a lot from innovation, yet excessive reference make person feel losing. besides, regarding innovation as a slogan that also is fail to achieve the goal that design service people and that make people to get losing. Reference is a process of study design. Only studying hard and continuing to accumulate all knowledge, we will improve ourself and have a good progress. That's to say, only a designer who has great sense of innovation in their heart to make a reasonable design, he will make a satisfactory work.The range of commercial design is very wide. This paper is inquire into some sections of commercial design. The thesis have three parts is all. Beginning with the concept and introduces the meaning of design and the different between innovation, reference and plagiarism, as well as the relationship between reference and innovation. Afterwards the cause would be found which analyses reference phenomenon of business design, then I further to analyse the innovation phenomenon of business design and causes. Finally a few significant points of reflection for innovation design is presented that include how to draw out the stranger phenomenon of over reference and beyond the design principally.
