On The Context Of Multi-cultural Fusion Of Moral Tolerance

To some extent, the process of global integration today is reflected inthe spirit of tolerance. The premise of communication and integration of thedifferent Culture decides the human internal requirement to the spirit oftolerance. In recent years,with some changes of the world's culturalsituation, the human tolerance for moral demands appears more urgent.Today the moral tolerant has become a very important issue in the ethicspractice underlines. However, to the internal relations of multiculture andthe moral tolerant, the need and implementation mechanism under themulticultural fusion background, the academic circle lacked system'sresearch so far. This paper attempts from ethics angle to discuss moraltolerant, and unifies the cultural science, the sociology to research the needand implementation mechanism of it.The first part describes basic theory of the culture, multiculturalism,tolerance and moral tolerance. As the culture itself has diversecharacteristics, with the trend of globalization, multi-cultural integrationbecame a necessity. The integration of multi-cultural needs moral tolerance.The second part discusses the need and implementation mechanismunder the multicultural fusion background. Moral differences as anobjective moral is widespread, Although chinese and western culture has adifferent level of civilization and cultural tradition, but as virtue, moraltolerance plays an important role in their cultural development. First of all,from the perspective I review virtue reflects of moral in the Chinesetraditional ethics, and expression and ethical culture of tolerance in western.From a sociological perspective and then I discuss the necessity of moraltolerance. From the international point of view, moral tolerance canpromote a variety of cultures throughout the world; and can promote a new, fair, reasonable and just international order; meanwhile it canpromote innovation and improve of all countries and nations. From adomestic perspective, building a harmonious society needs moral tolerance.The third part investigates the implementation mechanism and thereasonable limits of the moral toleranceunder the integration ofmulticultureas to achieve social moral tolerance mechanism, as o create amoral atmosphere. Firstly, allowing the establishment and of the existenceand respect for diversity of moral value system, building equality,consultation and dialogue mechanism for ethical discussions, enhancingpeople's education to the value of difference and diversity awareness, senseof equality, moral awareness and moral tolerance, and sense of moralself-tolerance subjective. Secondly, to achieve individual mechanisms ofmoral tolerance, even as tolerance becomes the individual's internal needs.To raise the moral sensitivity of moral subjects, strengthening the moralcognitive and taking practical actions. Finally, it discusses the limits ofmoral tolerance. It is not to tolerance without a border.
