In the initial learning stage, foreigners have a preliminary understanding of Chinese sentence construction. While start expressing their feeling with more long sentences then they begin to learn more complex sentences. For clear and correct expressions, learners are willing to use with important textual join method. Because the correct use of connectives can make them more organized and more clear. However, the Chinese connectives are very rich in amount and specific in use, which gives them great difficulties to learn. Thus, the learners often make errors such as improper use or mismatch or disposition of connectives etc. In addition, some learned lots of connectives, but they are still biased toward using specific connectives or avoid using another connectives. Overall, to teach students how to correct use of connectives is very important. Thus, this Paper researched the using of connectives in the complex sentences.Chapter 1 presents research significance, research method, research scope, background and previous research on this topic. Chapter 2 summarizes connectives using of advanced and secondary level foreign students, focusing on errors and error causes, through reading the previous research. The Chapter 3 is based on Chapter 2's two questionnaire participants and method of questionnaire, and questionnaire contents and analyzing the result of survey. According to 1st survey analyse the foreign student's connectives using level and 2nd survey anal-yse the foreign student's need the method of teaching and practice. This paper gives some suggestions on teaching and practice methods based on research of quiz and questionnaire. Chapter 4 provides some available connectives for teaching methods in Intensive reading and the writing class, and for less connectives errors of students. Therefore, by using above mentioned teaching and practice method to prepare the teaching design of intensive reading and writing class.In conclusion, the study of this thesis examines How to educate foreign students the correct use of Chinese connectives, and to map out the effectiveness and feasibility in Ch-inese connectives teaching and practice methods.
