At present, more and more people begin to pay attention to education practice and education application problems along with China's education system further reform. Adolescent mental ability training is one of the mathematics teaching tasks, and it is also concerned by teachers . With the implementation of new curriculum concept, people oriented education thought also continuously improved .Except for mental factors, we increasingly concerned that the influence of emotion and no- inte llectual factors on mathematics. Studies have shown that mathematic self- efficacy related positively to math scores and highly related to mathematics actual ability. At present, it is significant how use mathematic self-efficacy in mental training and to promote students' mental ability and to improve the comprehensive learning ability. In the first Experiment, selecting 300 students of an ordinary Junior middle school second grade students ,through the questionnaires to survey their mathematic self-efficacy on the mental multiplication problems, and to know the different about their self-efficacy , and working memory span test was presented auditory (auditory span), subjects were randomly divided into four groups to do the mental multiplication test, the task was also presented auditory , we adopted 2(mathematics self -efficacy)×2 (listening span )×2 (item difficulty) mixed design ,to explore the effect of mathematics self-efficacy and working memory span on Mental multiplication. the results indicated:In the second Experiment, we choose another batch of junior middle school second grade students 300, the design of experiments and procedures is basically the same with the experiment one ,to visually present working memory span tests (visual span), mental tasks was visually presented, use 2 (mathematic self-efficacy)×2 (visual span)×2 (problem difficulty) mixed experimental design ,to explore the effect of mathematics self-efficacy and working memory span on mental multiplication .the results indicated:(1) The high mathematic self-efficacy students were all significantly higher than low mathematic self-efficacy students in the mental accuracy and efficiency ,The high mathematics self-efficacy students in mental reaction a significantly less than the low mathematic self-efficacy students.(2) High listening span students in mental accuracy were significantly higher lower students , in mental respond and efficacy no significant differences.(3) High visual span students in mental accuracy and efficiency were significantly higher than low visual span students, in mental reaction also exist significant differences, high visual span students in problem difficulty 1 is significantly lower than low visual span students in reaction.
