| The research is based on the method of psychological behavior training and the relevant theory of interpersonal frustration tolerance. The purpose of this research is to verify that whether the psychological and behavioral raining can improve university students interpersonal frustration tolerance effectively, and how effectively it can be improved. In the research psychological and behavioral training is used as intervention tool, and the self-designed "university students interpersonal frustration tolerance self-test questionnaire" is used as intervention tool.This is a experimental research. The research's measurement tool is "university students interpersonal frustration tolerance self-assessment questionnaire". The questionnaire which has test it's reliability and validity includes five dimensions:frustration cognition, comeback style, character, social support, physiological factors.The survey of university student interpersonal frustration tolerance shows that:the scores of different sex university student are significantly different; the scores of different grades university student are significantly different; the scores of different subject university student are not significantly different.After three weeks training we can see that:two groups of subjects'scores in the post-test are significantly different., experimental group of subjects'scores in pretest and posttest are significantly different, but control group in pretest and posttest are not significant.The experiment shows that psychological and behavioral training can improve university students interpersonal frustration tolerance significantly and training can be carry out widely in our country's university as an effective tool to improve university students interpersonal frustration tolerance and mental health. |
