The death has been humanity's heart knot. Facing the death,the humanity cannot find way out,is at a loss. Not only the death is pilgrimage one for imminent coming to an end,but also the boundless universe's inevitable home to return. The existentialism is the ponder about humanity,which certainly also pays much attention to the death.The preface had looked back into the history and the present situation of the existentialism simply,pointed out that the existentialism pay attention to the death,and introduced the discussion of the death in the existentialism philosophy and the existentialism literature.The main part is composed of three parts.The first chapter had made a brief introduction of the representative philosophers' meditation regarding the death,corresponding some works with the perfect performance regarding the death in the existentialism literature.The second chapter had discussed mainly the real death's manner should be to die honestly,and pointed out that "the fear" is human's real living condition. The third chapter had discussed timeliness,spatiality,incredibility as well as the esthetics significance of the death.The conclusion part had further made the induction and the appraisal to the death, thus showed the ponder and the discussion of the death with unique value and charm.
