On Cheng De-quan During His Administration In Heilongjiang

Through the research of the practice of CHENG De-quan rousing himself for vigorous efforts to make the country prosperous, self improvement and invasion resistance, and for the benefit of the people during his administration in Heilongjiang, this essay demonstrates CHENG De-quan's zeitgeist of national salvation, thus reflects the important role played by CHENG De-quan during the process of Heilongjiang modernization.
