Paperwork design of choral works is the preparation work of the choir rehearsal. It focuses on professional knowledge, professional skills and personal wisdom of the conductor, and is the first step for conductor to achieve the perfect sound.In recent years, the research on choral conductor focuses on the theory of music and education in China. Most of the research material is also based on the concept of music in popularity, the basic knowledge of the music for explanation and the choral cases. For the research on theory and practice of choral conducting, in particular the specific design and layout is still at an early stage in exploration.It is worthy of discussion and research in depth to find a mode for strong migration and high popularization, and the base of an integration of theory and practice to promote choral conducting business by more practical, instructive and operational paperwork design.In this paper, taking chorus Gaolitai for an example, the research on choral paperwork design is made, which aims to construct a more scientific and rational design process and paperwork design by the detailed analysis of specific choral works which is based on theoretical knowledge and for the practical level.This article divides the paperwork design into theoretical analysis and practical operation links.In theoretical analysis, it mainly makes a full discussion over the allocation for the choir, selection of choral works, arrangement and performance of choral works, and the theory of choral, vocal, choral rehearsal combined with the choral work "Gaolitai".In practical operation, it mainly gives a full discussion on the work processing, method design of the presentation, and layout and schedule design of the program combined with the choral work "Gaolitai".
