The Thought Of The West Social Contract Ethics And Its Revelation In Contemporary Chinese Society

From the angle of form, social contract theory is concerned with and designs the mode of economic operation of society, political structure and even the legal system, but in fact, it is to discuss the human and its resulting ethical nature of the society (exclusively performed by Rawls). In general, it is the normal reason that any design of economic operation mode, construction of the political structure as well as the arrangements of the legal system are based on human needs as the basic consideration, focusing on grasping the man and ethical nature of society, and as the basis to develop,Therefore, this work is to try to analyze the development context of the social contract theory from an ethical dimension in order to explore a new way and bring out some inspirations for economy and social development of my country and its practice of building a harmonious society, while this series of the exploration of theory and practice, the ending result is to achieve human's own development..
