Analyze The Native Animation Development In Terms Of Inheriting Traditional Arts

As one of the four countries with ancient civilization, China, has a long history and brilliant traditional cultural arts, which, as mothers'milk, never stop nurturing different genres of arts from China to the whole world. The animation history goes all the way back to ancient times. This industry started early, which exerted enormous effects on the world but, undoubtedly, in the process of development committed more imitation of foreign animation. In 1957, Te Wei, a veteran of China animation pointed out the creation concept of"walk the road of Chinese race, knock the door of comedic style", which affects fundamentally native animation development. Since decades, with this theory, Chinese animators have inherited centuries-aged traditional art resources and created innumerous amazing masterpieces, earning the high reputation of"Chinese animation school".However, in the transition from plan economy to market economy, animation arts in our country fell behind because of inability to adapt the market. Thus, this passage expounds the main problems and obstacles faced by modern native animation development. Through comprehensive uses of various study methods, such as observation, document search, movie appreciation, case studies, etc, this paper analyzes reasonably the existing problems in animation creation, states my own ideas and proposes proper, scientific and moderate suggestions.In this introduction, this paper, based on cases, has a better understanding of studies and ideas of both local and foreign animation development and animators, proposes the purpose, significance and study content and target of this paper. The second chapter discusses the definition of relevant concepts and simple history of native animation and brilliant achievements that native animation brought in plan economy period. The third chapter emphasizes the analysis of the influence that native animation exerts on traditional arts, including folk literature, opera and music, fine arts, colors and mainstream arts and the major factors why native animation succeeds dependent on traditions. The fourth sector mainly states that two controversies over the direction of native animation have worked as an active guidance and verbal functions. The next part studies the new ways to develop native animation in this new era, analyze why native animation retrieves and achievements and drawbacks of recent native animation development through cases, and proposes proper suggestions.Nowadays, in a society where new cultural industry, focusing on creation economy, has become the backbones of economic development in every nation, animation industry, as one of the most important ones in cultural industry, has exerted tremendous effects on a nation's economy. Therefore, the end of the paper analyzes that to get an invincible position, China animation arts have to take the route of industrialization, use the form of industry to lead and drive development and explores actively the new way to restore nationalized animation industry. This is the fundamental factor to overcome the dilemma of our animation industry development.This paper has certain reference values to those animators who engage in animation studies and manufacture.
