Visual motion perception is a perception state that our brains integrate the dynamic stimulates from the environment. Saccade eye movement is a behavioral response when we are interference by visual stimulus; the purpose of saccade is to focus attention to the fovea. At present, there have formed many mature experimental paradigms and theoretical models in the independent visual motion perception and saccade cognitive areas. In the past, there were few studies contains them together. If the motion perception plays as a perception priming cue, what will be the effect to the saccade eye movement? The process involves what cognitive mechanism is unclear.This study explores the cognitive and neurology psychological mechanism of visual motion perception to saccade.The first experiment is 'The effect of apparent motion on reflexive and voluntary saccade'. We investigated the pattern and behavior response when the saccade influenced by motion perception. The results show that:(1) Voluntary saccade is much more influenced by motion perception, because it is more cohesive to the central cognitive control. (2) Voluntary saccade is much more difficult than reflective saccade; it is embodied in the much more wrong direction and longer latency of voluntary saccade. (3) Reflexive saccade is more sensitive to the exogenous direction signals, especially when the stimulus comes from the right place. Also it is much more difficult to saccade to the left. What's more, we add ERP technology in the second experiment. The results show that (1) The main ERP element of motion perception is P1,N2,P2,LPC, and it is focus after 400ms of the stimulus present. (2) Motion perception can affect the plan making of saccade. The procedure is that the motion direction information is stored in the working memory; we may integrate the cue direction stimulus and the former direction information to make a saccade plan.In general, the researches show that (1) As an priming stimulus, motion perception can affect saccade. It can delay the latency of saccade and the delay effect would significant when the stimulus is weak. (2) Motion perception can affect the plan making process of saccade. During this process, the reflective saccade tendency would be inhibited.
