| This article mainly analyzes the Chinese-English code mixing phenomenon in Chinese which usually appear in our life. Use Pragmatics theory to analyze how can this phenomenon comes and exist. Analyze its Pragmatic value and then predict the future of this phenomenon.Introduction part mainly proposes the research background, and the method.Chapter one determines research object. First define the concepts: Code, code-mixing, code-switching. Identify this article's object is only a phenomenon that when we use Chinese insert some English words in it. Then sort this phenomenon and analyze how these come.Chapter two mainly analyzes the reasons of this phenomenon. Because we have to adapt to many language environments,( include the different ravers, different situations and different minds. ) language structures (include in order to reach the goal , we have to adapt to different pragmatic strategies );some choices which is un conscious; and some compulsory adaptation, so it comes. And also, Chinese-English code mixing has practical applicability, fashionable, rationality and authority, so it can exist in our language.Chapter three mainly analyzes this phenomena's Pragmatic value. Use Chinese-English code mixing can make language more convent and concise. And it can add humorous color to one's language, and can harmonic atmosphere; make language more accuracy; can avoid embarrassment; reflect speakers'identity; reflect that Chinese and western culture mix together.Chapter four predicts the future of this phenomenon. According to these analyses I think Chinese-English code mixing conform to the internationalization trend. First, our world becoming smaller and smaller, many things are introduced to China, this trend can't be avoid; second this phenomenon fit people's mind; and it can make language more colorful.
