Nowadays, our nation attach more and more attention to the all-rounddevelopment on psychological health of college students, and more and moreresearch focus on the psychological intervention of college students. In collegestudents' psychological consultation of the clinical work, emotional problem is acommon issue. Meanwhile, with the development of society, emotional intelligencedevelopment gets more attention. Therefore, it's necessary to discuss some practicaland effective intervention methods to help students improve emotional intelligence andreduced the negative impact of emotional problems.Mindfulness-based training techniques, which originate in meditation of the EastBuddhish, has been demonstrated to reduce anxiety and depression, and it also help thetreatment of chronic diseases. Therefore, this study on the basis of awarenesstechnology, combining the characteristics of university students' emotional intelligence,design related intervention methods , Explore the effect of awareness technology onemotional intelligence development of college students. the result are as follows:(1) 7-week mindfulness-based training program had good maneuverability andproved by practice.(2) mindfulness-based training had the certain difficulty, and need to graspthrough continuous practice. Following the training requirements to finish the trainingprograms has a relatively high effect on the training result.(3) After 7-week mindfulness-based training program, the level of the collegestudents'awareness is improved effectively.(4) By the 7-week mindfulness-based training program, the students'emotionalintelligence was improved efficiently, and positive emotions were rised, the negativeemotions were decreased. And in the 3-month track after the training ending, thetraining effectiveness got maintained.(5) Through the training , the participants improved the emotional control and got effective way to deal with emotional problem in life , and it got maintained after thetraining .
