The concept of emotional creativity be Averill proposed since1991, foreignscholars have done a lot of research about it, but domestic is still in its infancy.Existing research shows that emotional intelligence and general self-efficacy canaffect emotional creativity, and emotional intelligence can affect the generalself-efficacy. About emotional intelligence, general self-efficacy in the individual’smental health, plays important role in the process of success has been confirmed bypsychologists at home and abroad repeatedly, so research emotional creativity and therelationship between the two is particularly important. This article attempts to themiao nationality and han nationality university students emotional intelligence,general self-efficacy, emotional creative characteristics and to study the relationshipbetween the three, to find out the differences between different ethnic groups and theinfluence of the three mechanisms. This study randomly selected2universities ofMiao and dong autonomous prefecture in addition to the senior undergraduatestudents as the research object, using the Emotional intelligence scale (EIS), Generalself-efficacy scale (GSES) and Emotional creativity inventory (ECI) on themeasurement and analysis, get the following conclusion:1, Miao nationality university students overall level of emotional intelligence isbetter, in gender, whether the one-child, grade and specialty had no significantdifference. Han nationality university students overall level of emotional intelligenceis better also, no significant differences on whether the one-child and grade, selfemotion management dimension very significant difference in gender, girls than boys.Others emotion management dimensions on major significant difference, the schoolof science living above the school of arts living and art students. Miao nationality andHan nationality university students’ emotional intelligence in emotional managementdimensions and overall emotional intelligence is very significant difference, miao ishigher than the Han nationality.2, Miao nationality university students and Han nationality university students’ general self-efficacy in good overall performance. Miao nationality universitystudents’ general self-efficacy in gender, whether the one-child, grade and specialtyhad no significant difference. Han the general self-efficacy of university students onwhether the one-child, grade and specialty, there were no significant differences, haveextremely significant differences in gender, boys than girls.Miao nationality and theHan nationality university students there was no significant difference between thegeneral self-efficacy.3, Miao minority university students emotional creativity overall and everydimension score were higher than the median theory, performance is good. Theemotional creativity in gender, whether the one-child, grade there was no significantdifference, novelty dimensions and overall emotional creativity significant differencein the professional, science and arts living is significantly higher than art students.The Han nationality university students emotional creativity in general and everydimension score were higher than the median theory, performance is good. Theiremotional creativity no differences in professional, novelty dimensions havedifferences in gender, boys is significantly higher than girls; Preliminary dimensionsdiffer on whether the one-child, not only children is significantly higher than theone-child; Novelty dimensions and overall emotional creativity, there are differencesin grade, is significantly higher than that for sophomore students freshman and juniorstudents. There are differences between the real effectiveness dimension on the grade,a sophomore is significantly higher than freshman. Miao nationality and Hannationality university students in the preliminary significant difference on the andoverall emotional creativity, Miao is higher than the Han nationality.4, University students’ emotional intelligence, general self-efficacy andemotional creativity between the two is extremely significant positive correlation.5, Emotional intelligence has a direct effect to the emotional creativity, andthrough the general self-efficacy have some indirect effect on emotional creativity.Finally, the research results put forward the corresponding education.
