The essay uses techniques of the tragic theory, the feminist theory, the existentialism, the postmodernism and the specific text analysis, by the way of combing the macroscopic descrition and text analysis. It anatomizes the tragic world that the novel shows from three aspects, including fate tragedy, emotion tragidy and epoch tragidy. To show the tragic consciousness, the writer uses the technique of narrate a series of tragidies. It also infiltrate Huang's rethinking on tragic spirit by this literary expression.
