Chinese Children's Literature In The Postmodern Context Of The Entertainment Value Tendency

The Chinese Children literature stared from the May 4th movement with a history of 100 years, But in the most of the time it was seen as the tool of children education.From the 1990s the Chinese Children literature has got from the limitation of being the tool of education and librated from the cage of utilitarian and showed the tendency of entertainment and reduced the education function. The thesis chose the "stupid wolves series of Tang Sulan" and "happy sheep and bad wolf" as the example, with the angle of postmodern literature theory to explain the course of the Chinese children literature'transferring from educational tool to entertainment, and to open out the generating mechanism of the entertainment tendency of the Chinese children literature in the context of post modern., and to seek the character and showing way of the Chinese children literature in the context of post modern which was made an introspection at last and followed an evaluation. The thesis hold the opinion that the entertainment tendency of the Chinese children literature has two sides of a coin, we had better avoid to go from an extreme to another.
