The "Calendar Prison" which is provoked by Guangxian Yang in Qing Dynasty absolutely is one of the most influencing things in the history of Chinese-western culture communication. In this event, some scholars describe Yang as "jealousy guy" or "ignominious life" because of his severe articles against Christianity and violent action. However, some scholars who have broad vision try to find the basic conflict between rationalism in Confucianism and monotheism in Christian ideology via finding and interpreting the articles written by Yang. But in my opinion, if someone only proceeds with the rationalism in Confucianism, this way can not interpret why during the "Calendar Prison" and the first western learning into east the political power often intervene in the preach. So this thesis tries to card the conflict between the religious dimension in Confucianism and the monotheism in Christian ideology and points out the originality of religious dimension in Confucianism and the fundamental work it brought to stabilize the ancient society in Chinese ancient world by carding the articles of both sides. From this, I try to point out the political power must intervene when conflict occurred between Christian ideology and religious dimension of Confucianism because the religious dimension offered the Chinese ancient society super-natural legitimacy.
