Louzhang town of Julu county has high characteristics of words, which has a higher value of the research. Recent two years, the gap between villages in new inhabits will continue to shrink. In this turning point, at this key moment, timely recording this dialect is an eager thing. In addition, my hometown is in Julu county, so I am familiar to these region dialects. This is the important reason why I choose these region dialects as my research object.The thesis is made up of three parts:the first part begins with the static description of a phonetic voice system; the second part put the dialect and Ancient Chinese phonology into comparative study, dynamically describing the dialect's phonological features and evolution rule; the third part choose the prominent phonetic features as a special research.After the study, the article concludes the following points:First, in Louzhang town of Julu county words, there were 19 initial consonants,36 simple or compound vowel and 4 tones. This dialect has more complex r-ending retroflexion.Second, in the initial consonants part, in Louzhang town of Julu county, it doesn't have t(?),t(?)h,(?),z(?) this set of retro flex initials, while Mandarin initials for t(?),t(?)h,(?) word merged into initials ts,tsh,s and t(?),t(?)h,(?); the initials zv it must be scatted and merged into zero initials and the initials 1; The source of consonants t(?),t(?)h,(?) is more complex, in addition to Mandarin Reading t(?),t(?)h,(?), ancient Zhi, Zhuang, Zhang rhymes, mandarin retro flex read part of words are read in the dialect of consonants sound the tongue; Compared with mandarin, this dialect adds consonantsη.Third, in the simple or compound vowel part, the nearness tone of the pronunciation in the dialect is diffrent from mandarin; they came from perturbation and lush vegetation in salty perturbation, mandarin reads an,ian,uan. yan, which falls off in the final part of vowels in Louzhang town of Julu county.Forth, in the tone part, the Rusheng rhymes has disappeared, most of the words are sent into the tones of Yinping, the tones of Yangping and the tones of Qusheng; minority are sent into the tortuous tone. Most Quanqingrusheng rhymes are assigned into the tones of Yinping, few are assigned into the tones of Qusheng; But most next voiced Ciqingrusheng rhymes words are sent into the tones of Qusheng; Whole Zhuorusheng rhymes words are sent into this tones of Yangping.Fifth, This dialect formed a lot of complex phenomenon of the differnce of literary and oral reading.The research is still superficial, there are many valueble problems worthy of study.
