Promoting preschoolers'social perspective taking is closely related to improve relation with companion, resolove the conflict with peers and learn the pro-social behavior. Most of the existing researches are intervention research, rigorous experimental research and related research, but this is a action research based on kindergarten's practice. The research is to discuss the strategies of promting preschoolers's social perspective taking and how to design a valid action scheme.The subjects are preschoolers from a class in a kindergarten of Chongqing. Understanding the development level of children's social perspective taking, design a program of "Friend Tree"theme with teacher L.Get the outcomes from the process, which is "practice---reflection---practice again".And make some recommendations based on reflection. The results include that constructing a program on promoting preschoolers'social perspective taking; discovering some strategies about improving young children's social perspective taking; Penetrating these into early children's daily education. The later assessment founds that:on the part of quantity, children's cognitive and affective perspective taking have achieved significant improvement; the boys'affective perspective taking don't achieved significant improvement; there is no greatly differences on children's social perspective taking between the former test and the later test. On the part of quality, children's cognitive and affective perspective-taking have improved access to certain degree. Finally, some advices are given to teachers:firstly, teachers should upgrade literacy themselves on social perspective taking; secondly, enrich and constructe children's social pattern; thirdly, pay attation to infiltrate these into preschoolers' daily life; fourthly, enchance the interaction between peers.The research is still has some defects. The research doesn't involved that how teachers and parents to take a consistent education on children's social perspective taking and how to foster specific preschoolers'ability of social perspective taking. Hope that somebody can start these areas from now on.
