Memory consolidation after the formation of the original memory encoding, the brain through the promotion of the amygdala, hippocampus and related medial temporal lobe structures before the memory continuously consolidate common activities to further the process of memory representation. The emotional memory encoding after the wake-up system can promote the activities of related brain regions, thus further affecting the phenomenon of memory consolidation. Recently, there are several researches investigate the interact impact between emotion and memory consolidation, but some limits still exsist:Firstly, many researchers'use faces/rooms as materials, which will furo it is necessary to use ERPs to record their brain activates;Last but not least, although domestic psychther activate the MTL regions than words;Secondly, previous studies focus on the behavior research, sology earlier introduced the concept of memory consolidation, but for post-processing by learning paradigm (post-learning paradigms) study the impact of emotion on memory consolidation has not yet commenced, in view of the phenomenon of memory consolidation in the field of basic research and judicial evidence, application areas such as classroom teaching the important role of research in foreign countries in this experiment based on appropriate improvements, this issue was discussed, further research and development for the following provides a reference for. This study includes two experiments. Experiment 1 to the neutral words as materials, the use of learning post-processing paradigm, in memory of neutral words was tested after emotional images, artificially induced by the middle of a negative test three emotions in order to study the process of memory consolidation by influencing the mood of the memory the impact of words. Experimental results show that recognition with the words positive and negative emotional pictures paired recognition rate was significantly higher than that of the neutral emotional pictures paired with words, both positive and negative conditions and the recognition rate was not significant. A second experiment on the basis of the experimental subjects were simultaneously recorded EEG activities aimed at different conditions by comparing the ERP waveform recognition to infer its internal memory consolidation phenomenon. The results showed that:first, whether the titer of matching pictures, correct recognition of neutral words correctly judge than neutral words not seen a larger ERP old induced effects; Secondly, in the frontal lobe at the 300-500ms, the recognition of words with the time for emotional pictures than with words for the neutral pictures evoked greater effects of old and new, neutral conditions showed a larger N400 effect appeared; Finally, under different conditions to reflect the recognition of EEG another indicator of the old and new ERP effect-does not appear on the parietal P600 effect separation. According to dual-processing theory of memory, these results suggest that memory consolidation stages in the emotional wake-up did not significantly improve the memory-based recognition results, but will enhance the recognition to determine the level of familiarity.
